Jenn Egatz is a self-taught cook. Originally starting in the entertainment industry as a wardrobe stylist, she saw a need for better, healthier food served at craft service tables and catering throughout the industry. She prides herself on healthy cooking, and creates original great-tasting recipes. Jenn runs Reel Chow, the original gourmet craft service company, specializing in healthy, exquisite one-bites. She is CEO of Stitched Tailors, an agency servicing the entertainment, advertising, and fashion industries with on-set tailors and seamstresses. Originally from Los Angeles, she lives with her husband Ron in New York.
Ron Egatz loves gourmet food, Napa and Sonoma Cabernet, and great stories told around big tables. An award-winning writer, he is the author of Beneath Stars Long Extinct. He’s writes about publishing, writing, poetry, fiction, and ebook technology at his blog, The Egatz Epitaph. Known for his gourmet popcorn and original seasonings, you can follow him on Twitter. He’s married to Jenn, and is employed as her sous chef.
